So we added a few new demos from a pre-production session we did a few months ago. We will be playing the newest ones @ The March Metal II show this Saturday.
We have a special surprise with a couple of them. You will have to come check it out to see it, and you still won't believe it. Check it before we wreck it!!
So the one featured this week is 'Kool-Aid and Bug Burgers'. We are specially proud of this one, and feel it is the coolest song we have written to date. Don't let the 10 minutes of it scare you, you will not even notice the length. If you can't stand 10 minutes of music, what the hell are you doing on The League Of One reverb nation page?
Anywho, it is a story of a low level drug dealer in East Vancouver who gets in a little over his head, and ...well listen to it, really really listen to it!! The adventure he goes on easy of EPIC proportions!!!
Another song we wanted to share from the Demo session is 'Other Half'. It is an extension and then some of 'Half' from the "Orange" album. Longer, stronger, more words. If you know 'Half' you know what I speak of!
If you love the short songs, check out 'Respect'. It is a day in the life of our bass player. Should have called it "A Day With The Rev', but that title is longer then the song!!!
So ladies and genitals, check it out. If you're in Regina March 10th, get your tickets now. They are going quick.

Well folks, we are back. We have taken a little time off to spend with family, do other projects, write some new kick ass songs, and generally recharge the old batteries. CHARGED!!!!!
We have a couple new pre production demos on our page. Please enjoy, and remember these are purely demos for songs we are recording in the winter. Sounds pretty f@#king good for a couple room mics!!! Please send your feedback about the two new songs on here. We would love to hear what you think about them, and then dis regard, Haha. Just kidding, a little. Stay tuned for the studio recordings of these songs, maybe a few more demos shortly, and a live show we recorded last year. 2012 will be The Year Of The League!!
So upcoming shows, well we have a huge event in the planning. The League and a couple other bands are planning a fun as f*@k event coming up. Details are coming when they get ironed out, so stay tuned for that as well.
So all in all, sorry for the absence lately, and know we have still been working on our stuff. Just recharging, but we are back full swing, and ready to kick some ass.

Hey all, well what an awesome night the 19th was! We had a full house of a wide range of folks. Special thanks to those who made it out, and an extra crispy huge thanks to those who stayed till the bitter end. We played till the wee hours of the mourning!
Thanks to Helion for setting up the show, supplying the back line, and everything else you guys did. Plus rocking out! Thanks to Sonic Orchid for setting the mood and getting the rocking night off to a killer start.
Also two thumbs up and an A+++ to Zandra & the staff @ The Exchange..You guys really rocked!

So yeah, we recorded the night, audio fully! We would like to ask anyone who has photos or videos from the night to send them for a future live video. You can send the files to theleagueofone@hotmail.ca. We would love to see what you guys saw. Make a cool vid from it all.

Well we have a new rehearsal space, looking forward to it. Tracking demos for upcoming album. If they sound as good as we think they will, it will be the new album. Still we would love to get into a studio for a more polished product,. but you never know. If it sounds good, it sounds good!

Went out and dropped Advance tickets @ Planet Caravan Tattoo, Vintage Vinyl,X -Ray Records , and The Box-Old City Hall Mall!
Then went and did a segment for Grind House @ The Wolf. It is airing Friday night @ 10. Wait 11, no no no 10..Maybe 11. Anywho, played some classic metal, and some live League from the Riddell show. check it out peoples!

New suroundings
