Since I've developed the DJ J-MO brand I haven't dropped an official mixtape on the internet. This mixtape is my true debut to the music world and may be celebrated for years to come if I have it my way! I solicited artists, many from Corpus Christi, Texas and abroad and put together volume 1 of a continuing series of mixtapes under the Mash & Grind franchise. This will provide a platform for artist to promote their music to my growing fan base and an opportunity for worldwide exposure. Many hot and upcoming artist can be heard in one place mixed together as the title of mixtape implies. I give the songs that Crestmont Park Deadend, Texas twist and bring you the real deal. Every song has been strategically placed and mixed into my trademark flow of music. As always I like to let the music speak for itself so therefore I limit scratches and chops. I want to stay true to the style that has gotten me to where I am today. I think my fans will enjoy this mixtape as much as I loved making it and hopefully artist will benefit too. My hopes are for the demand to obtain a slot on future volumes becomes every artist ambition because it could make their career. The platform is set, now lets use it! Mash & Grind 2013. - DJ J-MO
