It's Been A While!

So, lot's of new developments in the land of Parasite Diet. First, after a successful time travel experiment Josey Juice and Technicolor Kid returned home to the future. While Josey was forced to stay there, Technicolor Kid has returned to the present with new recruits to carry on the mission of saving the world through rock n roll! So we would like to introduce you all to Gigantar on Guitar, Fanboy on Guitar and Vocals, and Padlock on Bass and Backing Vocals.

Recently Parasite Diet traveled to Atlanta, GA where they recorded five tracks with Joe King of The Queers. The first of these tracks is available now on the RamoneToTheBone Records Teen Idols Tribute compilation, available for free on RamoneToTheBone's website. The other four will be on a soon to be released EP! More info on that coming VERY soon.

In other recording news, writing is underway for a new Parasite Diet album! Currently, plans are to record the album in late October with hopes of potentially having it out in time for the subject of the next item of interest...

Parasite Diet is EXTREMELY EXCITED to announce an upcoming tour. This January Parasite Diet will be on the road with the legendary PAUL COLLINS BEAT!!! Parasite Diet covered the Paul Collins Beat classic "Let Me In To Your Life" on their first album, and now they'll be spending 2 weeks opening for this groundbreaking band. Tour dates and venues coming soon!

The band is about to start playing shows once again, so keep an eye out for show announcements soon.

New Record 2012

We're wrapping up tracking on our new record! It's called 'Some Children Call It Virginia' and it includes four brand new original songs and one Neil Diamond song. Cracklin' Rosie. It also includes very cool artwork by Liz Prince. We'll post the details soon.
