RIMEDAG's Biography

As he showed interest in music as a child, Djuro Ivankovic first took piano lessons at the age of nine. Heavy metal and rock'n'roll, along with a lot of Prodigy, formed his interests so he was introduced to his first electric guitar when he was eleven. More and more becoming a fan of electro sounds, under the influence of psy-trance, Rimedag explored the world of making of drum 'n' bass, trance, hip-hop, and, eventually, dubstep... In a world of predefined tastes, and look-a-like parties, he saw an opportunity to make something different. His years of experimenting, learning and playing with multiple genres lead him to mixing trance with dubstep, drum 'n' bass with trance, and even a little bit of metal, so now we have something completely different on the menu. Dark and heavy beats with gentle and provocative melodies are a product of his creative work... Rimedag worked with two local tv stations, made beats for a few rising stars, took part in a couple competitions. This is just an introduction, considering that Djuro does not want to expose himself too much for the time being. He is working on his debut album, and promisses something different and refreshing for all the bass lovers who crave for a new kind of vibe...
