You have heard some say “you live and you learn” but it is also good to learn and then live. Asking God for wisdom and guidance before making a decision can keep you from making an expensive mistake. I recommend taking those little pauses and consulting with the Lord as to what choice to make in order to get the most favorable results. Never forget, he is not guessing as to what way is the right way…he already knows beyond the shadow of a doubt! So remember to pause, ask for direction, and then move with absolute trust that He will never guide you down the wrong path. God bless ya :-)
Congratulations, you woke up this morning so that means you’re still alive! Now what? While most will confess that having life is plenty to be thankful for, many will also confess that they want to give/get the most out of this life. In fact, the fear of failure ranked as the number seven most common fear according to recent data researched on Google. Nobody wants to be in a coma, alive but unable to function, and nobody wants to be in a spiritual coma, saved but unproductive. We can avoid this spiritual atrophy, wasting away from lack of use, by following the living word of God and its process for Christian growth found in 2 Peter 1:5-10. Be encouraged and continue to chase after the endless depths of Jesus’ love. God bless ya! (2 Peter 1:5-10) 5And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 10Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:
I was not going to post anything tonight but after falling up the stairs at the Cup O Joe's... I feel I have to. I was hop jogging up the steps from the lower level & clipped the 2nd to last step sending me trippin into the dining room wall yelling "SWEET JESUS"! Folks started cracking up so I school girl ran out & briskly walked 2 my car
The more you connect with people, the more they’ll want to connect with you. I think the same goes for love. The more you give it, the more you’ll get it. One of the clearest aspects of love is “appreciation”. Appreciate the people who are around you. Show them, tell them, and show them again just how much you appreciate them. Because the fact is most of them can choose to spend their time, money, and effort somewhere else. So make some time to call or stop by and let folks know you care. God bless you fam! Reggie
