<p>DISCIPLES OF SOUND started as an idea that singer/bassist, Buffalo had while playing in his former band Indigenous, the Nakota Sioux family foursome that achieved national success in the late 90s and early 00s. First to join the band would be guitarist Nate Boff (Blue Tantrum), and later Ed Miles on drums (Chris Duarte Group, Black Joe Lewis).</p>

<p>The trio released their single "Devils In My Head" in July of 2009; co-produced with long time friend Jesse Davey; with guest appearances on drums by Wanbdi and Kurt Olsen.</p>

<p>In May of 2010, Disciples Of Sound entered Pirate Studio in Austin, TX and laid down seven new tracks known as the "Dirt Bed EP" released 8.5.10.</p>
