Biography:

Vidalta is a high life band thats full of up-beat postive musical expression. A ska/reggae band that incorporates all different style of music from latin base horns and vocals to hip hop/rock drums to catchy melodies and soulful bass. Based out of Victorville, California they've played from L.A., Orange County, and all over the Inland Empire.

Currently playing and booking shows, as well as writing new music, Vidalta is a hard working band with level headed musicians who know what they want. With their first CD recorded and mixed by their very own bass player (Andy Serrato) they have shows as much as every weekend locally in San Bernardino, Fontana, Riverside, Rialto, and as well as the L.A. area.

A 6 member band it originally started off with 4 members from different bands coming together to form a new band thats different from the commenly heard reggae/ska music in their area. Starting with their singer/guitarist Santiago Gallegos who is constantly writing songs and melodies and music he composes the songs with Alto Sax player Alejandro Garcia and bass player Andy Serrato they structure the basic's of the song and show the other member who then add their input to help write the music. With each member from a different style and background they collaborate to write their songs as their own style with bits and peices of their own indvidual selfs to one song.
