The Turbo Vamps are a punk rock band from Chicago that started in December of 2005 with a couple of kids that just wanted to have fun and make music. They recorded their first single in spring of 2007 "Return of a Killer", their first demo in spring 2008 "a little taste of horror", and recorded their frist full length 11 track CD summer of 2009. An advance copy was promoted during their fall 2009 midwest tour and the final product with an extra song (a cover of new order's "love vigillante"). Playing with bands like Flatfoot 56,The Misfits, Micheal Graves,Left Alone,Blitzkid,FBS,The Tossers,Slapshot and many more. For the band's 10th anniversary TurboVamps put out a 5 song EP entitled 'Death By Misadventure' which will be coming out on 7in vinyl via Friskie Morris & Friends in the winter of 2017.
