Formed in 2003, SENATE is a Progressive Thrash band from St Catharines, Canada.
Senate combine elements of Thrash, Progressive Death and Melodic and Tech Metal to form an ultra-aggressive, hook laden style of their own.
SENATE are currently recording their first new music in over three years, and expect the first single/ video to be released in April 2014. In 2011 SENATE released a 3 song EP entitled "In The Kingdom Of Gods", the follow up to their 2007 debut "The Great Northern Scenekill" which was produced by Julius "Juice" Butty (Alexisonfire, Protest The Hero) and mastered by Tue Madsen (The Haunted, Halford).
