Biography:

Lorraine Hess is a nationally published (World Library Publications) Catholic Christian singer/songwriter born and raised in New Orleans. Her has 3 solo album, "We Shall Be Healed" (2008), "Child of God" (2010) and her latest album "Cradle in Bethlehem" (2012) which benefits ACCESS Pregnancy & Referral Centers, a program of Assoc. Catholic Charities. Her unique style is a variety of original pop, gospel, jazz, contemporary, and rock music which ties the Gospels to everyday life. She is Music Ministry Director at Divine Mercy Parish in Kenner, Louisiana where she leads the Contemporary Choir. She is currently touring with her band throughout southeast Louisiana and has performed at many events for the Archdiocese of New Orlenas as well as at National Religious Conferences and Conventions, retreats, and secular venues as well. She has recorded with world reknown Catholic singer/songwriter John Angottil, and has performed for Rwandan genocide survivor/best-selling author Immaculee Iligabiza.
