Biography:

FiLTHY iNK has been part of the Carolina's Hip Hop scene for nearly 15 years. The group is comprised of four emcees (Tommy 2, Jonny Blue, Casey Jonez & Dylawn) and SupaStar DJLP.

As separate artists, all of the emcees were hitting open mics and appearing at hip hop shows in the late 90's from Charleston, WV to Wilmington, NC. After crossing paths several times the emcees worked on a mixtape idea in 2001 and created "For Promotional Use Only" and FiLTHY iNK was born.

Soon after, the group dropped "Whiteout" and "LP's Hitlist". Two more mixtape albums which begged for an original album.

After taking some time off to work on other business opportunities the iNK found themselves being called for shows and shortly thereafter in the studio recording their debut album "Writing Wrongs".

The real treat about FiLTHY iNK is the live performances. FiLTHY iNK blends new material, with some mixtape classics and Hip Hop covers - mix in the non-stop energy and the crowd is left ecstactic. Along with the emcees is SupaStar DJLP who knows how to keep the party going.
