Expire is a one-man band from Chapel Hill, NC which was formed in 2006 as a collaboration between Carl Schissler and Thomas Price at NCSSM. Other members were picked up and dropped from 2007 to 2008, culminating in the disbanding of all members except for Carl Schissler. In this stripped-down form, Expire recorded its first EP, Expire, in the winter of 2009. The EP was self-produced and was released as a free download in July of 2009.
