Metabolism is a skilled mc who has been shaping his art since 1994 and has fallen in love with syllable play when constructing his craft. he teamed up with friends who were on the same genre of music in 1999 and in 2000, intellectual seeds was formed. he also teamed up with the likes of KONFAB, Mingus, Vernon Viscus, Big Dre, Saturn, Arsenic and King Coconuts to form Writers Block. he has released a series of cd's with writers block and the T.O.L.E in 2005. he is currently working on 3 albums called 6ixpack, Backwash and Beverages.
