NICKCASEY is Casey Spinder and Nicholas Webber.

Their debut album "Can't Reason Through Love" was released November 21, 2010 at The Living Room. CRTL was recorded at Electric Lady Studios in NYC; engineered, mixed and co-produced by multiple GRAMMY Award winner Chris Shaw (Bob Dylan, Wilco, Lou Reed, Weezer) and mastered at Sterling Sound by multiple GRAMMY Award winner Greg Calbi (John Lennon, David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty).

Two music videos for CRTL, "Medicine" and "Bandages," feature actress Alison Pill ["Milk," HBO’s "In Treatment"] and dancers currently working with The Trisha Brown Dance Company, Ailey II, The Metropolitan Opera Ballet and The Mark Morris Dance Group. CRTL film placement: “In His House” appears in the Leaky Tent short "After You Left," an Official Selection of the Sundance Film Festival 2011; “Bandages” appears in the Apropos Films / Shoreline Entertainment feature "Weakness," staring Emmy Winner Bobby Cannavale.

Other notable work includes scoring the Leaky Tent short film "Goldstar, Ohio" (featuring Bill Irwin, Mercedes Ruehl, Michael Stuhlbarg and Alison Pill) an Official Selection of the Cleveland International Film Festival 2010, the GI Film Festival 2010, and Visionfest 2010; licensing their song "Man Of Obstacles" to the CinemaLab / Mega / IFC film Falling Awake; and appearing on Fox Network's "Fearless Music".

NICKCASEY is Brooklyn-based singer/songwriters Casey Spindler and Nicholas Webber. They are backed by bassist Tim Luntzel (Bright Eyes, Rosanne Cash) and drummer Dan Rieser (Norah Jones, Marcy Playground).
