Padlock Grim is an original rock band from Upper East Tennessee, Comprised of Josh Dunn (Lead Guitar/Vocals), Sam Price (Rhythm/Lead Guitar), Rick Dean (Bass), and Jason Davis (Drums).

The band was originally formed in late 2006.
With all members having a love for both Classic/Southern Rock, as well as a love for Hard Rock and even Heavy Metal, the music of Padlock Grim has a "Rock, with a Heavy Metal, Acoustic, Punk twist" sound that turns heads nearly everywhere it is heard. Not new, Not old, its a "somewhere in between" kind of groove.

With a "Take no Prisoners" stage show that seems to scream "listen to us or we'll break your face", and an ARSENAL of heavy hitting original music, such as "Toothless", "One More Chance", "Face Me", and "Can You Feel It?", as well as some less commonly covered, "out of the vaults" cover songs, such as, "Customs Man", " Tainted Love", and, "Cocaine", Padlock Grim WILL entertain and surprise you, and WILL get your blood moving!!!
