Hi Orpheus Zimmermann here.

I use a combination of Hardware, Software, Tape, Field Recordings, Circuit modified instruments, Junk Percussion, Acoustic & electronic instruments. I spend time composing, writing, & experimenting with contrasting Environments, merging Acoustic timbres, Electronic Instruments, Electro-Mechanical sources, Micro-Noise, & Junk Artefacts.

My current CD is entitled "The Occasional Frog - A Morphology", It was recorded & compiled between the months of October 2007 to January 2008. 

Sounds were collected using a portable audio recorder; some processed beyond recognition then assembled using a single laptop PC. This is a great way of Composing & Experimenting.

NOTE: tracks posted at 320Kbps, each limited to 8Mb, so all tracks are truncated 

An exciting exploration into Acoustic & Electronic Percussion, Electro-Mechanical Noise, Field recordings & Dissonant Acoustic String & Electronic Drones. Features alot of Junk Percussion including: A Skip, Vacuum Hose, Rocks, Concrete, Wooden Doors, Train whistle & Steam, Aluminium ladders A Bath, Tools, Kitchen Implements, My Knee Creaking.

Also: Snare Drum, Tom Drums, Cymbals, Electronic Percussion, Orchestral Instruments, Voice, Micro Noise, Glitch Beats, Electronic Drones.
