Case in point? Josh Caterer from the Smoking Popes. Smoking Popes are an indie/alt/punk band from Chicago. They had some great records come out in the nineties before vanishing and reappearing a few years ago with the album “Stay Down”. If you are an art exhibitor or interested in being one, please read below :: If you want to make sure your art is exhibited where people can see it and in a decent matter, please pay attention to the following and come prepared. The walls at the venue (DTBG) are cement except for one small area. This means that we will need to have those awesome little wall sticky hangers if you want to have your art on the walls. I will have some supplies to hang things on the walls but not a lot. It would be great if you could plan ahead and have the appropriate items to hang your art... if not, there should be tables available for you to have your art displayed on. I will also have a few various lights to light up some of the art but cannot guarantee I will have enough for everyone. (It can get very dark in that bar especially in the corners) So if you want to make sure your art is visible, please bring your own lighting. I am considering having the majority of the art upstairs in the pool table area but have not made an absolute decision on that yet. Thanks! -Brea Guettner
