Observe & Control is an Electro-Industrial band, formed in Tel Aviv, Israel in 2002, by Tom Cohen. (aka Gnuth)

The band is, in reality, a one man project, with Tom composing, singing and producing the songs while the Lyrics are written by Iris Idelson.
