The lack of connection sent a wave beyond the skies
From the farthest reaches of time, the gods heard the hungry cries

Now came the true test, would the people except the truth?
Would they create an army of peace and educate the youth
Some people could not except this, so they prepared masses for war
Forgiveness was not an option, only revenge could the settle the score

And so the formation of army came to fight
Destructive tendencies with no respect for life
The rage and envy soon took absolute control
They cast the first stone, and ignited the final war

The ground shook with anger and the blood filled the skies
And when the final tree fell the remaining realized
That they were equal, and they would perish as one
And it was far too late for even love to overcome
