"Noodle Soup began really organically, we weren't really planning on being a band," insists bassist, chief vocalist and songwriter Adrian "Noodles" Alexander. "I was sort of in between bands but writing a bunch of songs on acoustic guitar. Really country stuff, a little blues. Nothing like what I'd been doing.
