No.6 Rd. was created in Aug 2007.  Over the years I had compiled a few songs that I had written.  The biggest goal for me was getting these songs down, both on paper and on tracks.  After being reunited with my cousin Graham Fillier who has a compelling passion for music, we both decided to work together to make this goal a reality.  Graham has been in the music scene for over 20 years both professionally and recreationally.  Graham has written and recorded many songs and his talent on the guitar speaks for itself. I am very pleased to say that Graham is a large part of No.6 Rd. and look forward to making music with him in the future.

During the evolution of No.6 Rd. over the next couple of years, there will also be featured works by Gillian Seaward.  Gillian is a new comer to the music scene but has been in the arts world her entire life.  A professional modern dancer in Montreal, QC, Gillian dances at Place des Arts with O'Vertigo Dance Company.

Last but not least there is Jonathan Boone (me).  I have played hockey all of my life and left home at a very young age.  Most of my music has come from life experiences - not only my own but from people who are very close to me.  I believe that music is the key to happiness, it is a gateway to a person's emotions, and the best music comes from the music in a person's heart.  I have been playing music for leisure for about 8 years with a great deal of inspiration coming from my father Melvin and his natural musical ability.
