Introduction
NextGen Productions (NGP) is an nonprofit, interdenominational ministry to connect local church youth groups, youth leaders and Christian artists. NGP works to enhance and improve the communication and fellowship of the youth and youth leaders in the local community.

The Organization
NGP was founded in 2006 when Rob Britton answered the calling that God put upon his heart to support and connect youth, youth leaders and Christian artists.

Services
NGP provides a variety of services to youth groups including the scheduling and coordination of concerts and youth focused events. These include community services and concerts and other youth-oriented events.

NGP provides promotion and/or management services to independent Christian artists to include staging and booking concerts, assisting with production of shows, creating web sites and coordinating community sites like MySpace.

NGP provides support to youth pastors and leaders by allowing them use of shared resources, assisting or leading group or community functions, organizing retreats and seminars and, most importantly, lifting its members to God in daily prayer and being available for counsel.

The Ministry
As an interdenominational ministry, it is imperative for NGP to respect doctrinal differences, while maintaining its commitment to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. NGP will be unwaivering in the essentials while showing grace in the non-essentials.

The Essentials

• The Bible is infallible and God-inspired
• God is manifested in the Trinity as God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit
• Jesus Christ, the ONLY God-Man, lived a perfect life and gave his life as the sacrifice for all sin
• Upon sincere repentence and whole-hearted faith and acceptence of Jesus Christ, we are justified before God
• Salvation is ONLY available through faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior
