Since forming in 2006, Neverland have crafted the ultimate tribute to Hogarth-era Marillion. With a setlist featuring songs from the band’s 1989 ‘Seasons End’ album right to the present day (and even the odd Fish classic too), this show has won over fans across the globe. Hailing from Italy, Neverland come officially approved by Marillion’s Italian Fan Club with some of their other successes including an appearance on bass guitar from Marillion’s own Pete Trewavas, who joined them to play ‘Quartz’ at a sho w in their homeland. They’ve also enjoyed support slots with Gazpacho and a 2011 appearance by Neverland’s frontman Alessandro Carmassi on stage with Marillion themselves at a fan convention in Holland, singing with the band in front of 3,000 of their hardcore supporters. Interest in Marillion hasn’t been this high for years and the demand for fans to see a UK tour for Neverland has risen massively in the 12 months since Alessandro’s appearance with the band in Holland. We are incredibly pleased to be able to announce this 2012 UK tour Band Members Alessandro Carmassi – Vocals Gabriele Cipollini – Bass Giorgio Paoloni – Guitar Alessandro Pone – Keyboards Enrico Rossetti – Drums

"It's really strange when you listen to other bands that play your songs, anyway Neverland are all very good musicians and they do a really good job. I've been asked to play with them on "Quartz", which I love very much, and I must say that the band really played an awesome version of the song, which is quite difficult by the way."
