Bio
Formed in August 2006 in the planned community of beige houses and red tile roofs (irvine), the band derives its name from the ancient Hebrew and the Book of Genesis. Their music is inspired by the thrash/punk/rock bands of the 80's and 90's.
The band has played some 45 shows in SoCal playing at the Whisky a Go Go, The Gig, and the Knitting Factory - to name a few. In October (2007) the band opened for the Finnish metal band, Finntroll. In March 2009, the band opened for Suidakra at the Jum...

Nephilim is excited to have James Massey, from the "The Burning Arrow" band, playing bass with us. We have been rehearsing, have a number of new songs in the works, and are looking forward to our first show in 3 months.
In June, we will be heading into the studio to record an album.
