Neici is a native of the Dallas Texas Metropolitan area.  “The Southern Songbird” is an outspoken, dedicated, energetic and driven singer / songwriter / performer.  Neici received insight and instantly recognized her talents at an early age by way of the 'Church of God in Christ' influence, in which she's deeply rooted, and began to develope her GOD given talents.  “The Southern Songbird” is not shy by any means to perform in front of large diverse audiences as she has received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Theatre & Speech Communications from East Texas Baptist University.  Neici simply states, “By focusing my efforts on receiving a Theatre & Speech Communications Degree, it only helped to fine tune my talents. I always had the natural & hypnotic ability to capture large crowds and make my fans react.”  Neici is very athletic as well and holds numerous awards in ballet, tap, gymnastics, cheerleading, pageants, theatre, basketball, volleyball and track.

In July 2007 Neici “The Southern Songbird” inked a record deal with powerhouse Renaissance Entertainment Group based in Dallas, Texas.  Polete Buard (Manager/Executive Producer) of Renaissance Entertainment states, “It's simple, we took the time to listen to her talent and our decision was an easy one.  Since Neici has come aboard to our team, she has surpassed my expectations as a performer.  She is by far the hardest working talent that I have ever been associated with.”  Today, Neici is a well rounded, maturely developed female singer / songwriter / performer that is ready to explode into the highly competitive mainstream music industry by capturing one fan at a time.

Currently, “The Southern Songbird” is hitting all stages performing her hot new single & coined ladies anthem “Don’t Say Anything” which will inspire, touch and groove your hearts and souls.  Recently, Renaissance Entertainment Group agreed to a promotional deal with the world renowned “The True Blessing Group” based in New York City which will be heading the promotion and marketing efforts for this project.  “Don’t Say Anything” is impacting major record pools nationally and can also be heard and requested on 103.5 in Texarkana, Texas, K104 in Dallas, Texas and 92.3 in Chicago, Illinois.
