Formed in 2004 in Quebec City, Canada, Naked Gun launched its first demo EP, Breaking The Odds, in 2006. A year later, the band participated in the 2nd Skin Rock Contest, the biggest battle of the bands in the province. Naked Gun reached the finals, and established themselves as one of the most promising live acts in the region. In 2008, the foursome went back in the studio to record their first French-language single, Je Me Souviens, a song about the loss of the Quebec Nordiques franchise, its cultural impact, and hope for a return. The single made its way to local radio airwaves and gained major attention from both media and music fans.

Naked Gun is getting ready to return to the studio this fall, with a new generation of songs that will show without a doubt their growth as a band.

En 2008, le groupe retourne en studio pour l’enregistrement de son premier single francophone, Je Me Souviens, qui parle de l’impact du départ des Nordiques de Québec et de l’espoir d’un retour de la LNH dans la ville. Forte d’une réaction positive des fans de musique et de hockey, la chanson fait son chemin jusqu'aux radios et attire l’attention de nombreux médias dans la Vieille Capitale.

Naked Gun prépare son retour en studio pour cet automne, avec une nouvelle génération de chansons qui démontrera sans aucun doute son évolution en tant que groupe.
