Mr Kamikaze was formed in 2006 by Richard Bushby (guitar and vox), Robin Allison (bass, synth and vox) and Ed Brooks (drums, vox).They had been playing punk music together under the name 'Blame it on Edd' since 2001. Influenced by the new wave sound of the late seventies, geek rock and punk they now play tight, jerky, melodically driven punk rock. They have played shows with the Polysics, The Briefs, Spooky and Tokyo Pinsalocks, and have made an impact on the Brighton rock scene. Now after two years of writing and rehearsing they are joined by Jack Wiseman (guitar, vox) and Johnny O'Rourke (synth and vox). They have just released a self-titled EP. Go buy it.
