Kelly "Mr. Chill" Hoppe, based in Windsor ON Canada. Plays with Canadian reggae/blues rockers BIG SUGAR. 2005 to 2010 led his own outfit, MR. CHILL & THE WITNESSES. Released one CD, "Cold Testament". Mr. Chill's harmonica and sax riffin' can be found on recordings by Chris Robinson (Black Crowes), Joel Plaskett, Ron Leary, John Ford, Adam Warner, Patrick Ballantyne, J.P. I had a blast and a half playin' with the Emergency, and what a great night all 'round! Emergency drummer Dave Marsh started the show off with his rippin' band "True Love Rules" (with Dave on lead guitar and vocals) to get the festivities off to a rousing start.
