Mr.Blackwell was formed in 1994 by Warren Gary. and Micheal Moore from the band Rags to Riches. They completed the band with with Bill Jackson, Marc Anothony, and Bill Barbour. As time has pasted us and Micheal is the only orginal member left. Mr.Blackwell had such a impact on the younger generation, Wesley Moore, Chris Mouser, Micheal Swiney step up to carry the legacy on today.
