Bio
A sound that's hard to describe, yet impossible to forget. Some say Morwenna & Jay's music is acoustically based, but infused with so many styles. Both graduates of Berklee College of Music, the Violin & Guitar duo started playing together in 2004 and have continued to push the boundaries of "acoustic" music. With the release of their highly anticipated 2nd CD on Oct. 6th, their sound keeps growing and keeps turning heads. A worldly mix of 12 brand new tunes, this album showcases new ground that one wouldn't think could come out of a Violin & Guitar. The CD will also feature some guest vocalists as well as other top musicians.

The CD features their signature duo sound, full band format, as well as a few special guest musicians such as legendary world artist Pierre Bensusan, soul singer Ezra Hamilton, and Dave Matthews Band trumpeter; Rashawn Ross.
