The two combine their musical talents in 2009 after their gardening business went under during America's economic crash. They sold their belongings to live on the road, and they've never looked back. Red is a life-long musician who has been writing music and performing in bands for most of his life. Sami is a professional dancer who has translated her embodied sense of music in an unconventional way; she sings, plays the keys and drums simultaneously. Darling Harbor: https://www.facebook.com/darlingharborband Darling Harbor meets every audience with sincerity and honesty. Their music is as naked and genuine as the stories the lyrics are pulled from. Their stage show reveals the difficulties of loss, the joys of love, and the realities of moving forward juxtaposed against sing-a-long choruses, foot-tapping rhythms and walls of harmony. Darling Harbor has great talent, great personality, and a stage show that’s making waves. But their story is the reason why you NEED to know about this band. Strange Acres: https://www.facebook.com/strangeacres Wanting to create a soundtrack to a film that was never made, Strange Acres created a genre, cinematica. Part electronic, part symphonic, dense in the mood of a dark storyteller lost in a sonic world of atmospheric landscapes & winding pop narrative. Borrowing influences from the sultry & often somber vibe of downtempo trip hop and fusing it with the slow burn of ambient soundtrack artists like Cliff Martinez, Strange Acres is a chill wave for the sounds of the sullen & the film noir. Mooses: https://www.facebook.com/MoosesBand Psychedelic Surf Rock from Fredonia, NY. The Andrew Hambridge Band: https://www.facebook.com/TheAndrewHambridgeBand Formed in 2012 by the band’s namesake and lead singer, Andrew Hambridge, the Andrew Hambridge Band is an acoustic-pop trio featuring two guitarists and a bassist. Based in Western New York, the Andrew Hambridge Band is a melodic, listener-friendly group of musicians that aims to produce meaningful songs through the combination of their true-to-life lyrics and each heartfelt note. The Devil In Love: https://www.facebook.com/thedevilinlove "If I had to describe the band in one word i was say Methionylglutaminylarginyltyrosylglutamyl...serine. But I don't normally do that. I am at the core a one piece band with several musicians revolving in and out of the group. I want to say we sound folk but I'm not sure if that is correct any more. I wish I knew what genre to say. I would say take a listen and then let us know." --- Thursday, October 2nd $7.00 pre-sale, $10.00 day of show Ages 18+ (unless accompanied by a parent/guardian) Doors open at 6:00pm at: The Forvm Maple Ridge Plaza 4224 Maple Rd. @ Sweet Home Buffalo, NY 14226
