ABOUT MONSOON RADIO ARIZONA'S STORM
Monsoon Radio was created back in 2004. We spin those unsigned bands that you may never get a chance to hear mixed with National acts and bring the attention to the Local Arizona music scene as well as beyond.
Over the last few yrs we have booked many different shows & Festivals and have worked with many different people & bands A few shows that we have done that come to mind is The Sacred Reich shows in 2007 as well as The Metalstock Festival in November that we do every year in association with Bulldog Productions.
My concept as the station owner was to get as deeply involved into the Local and National music scene in aspiration of creating a great music documentary & just supporting the AZ bands and unsigned bands that need airplay!
 I figured the best way to do this was by booking our own shows and recording them on video as well as doing many different interviews with many different artists & fans.
We have worked with and interviewed many people whom will be in the DVD/Documentary.
 Sacred Reich, Vehemence, Jimmy Bain "DIO & Rainbow The Scorpions" Carlos Cavazo Quiet Riot" Chaz West "Bonham" Krigger "Giuffria & Ike & Tina Turner" Brian Posehn “Devils Rejects” Dave Ellefson “former bassist of Megadeth & F5” The Phunk Junkeez, Chester Bennington “Grey Daze, Linkin Park” Ron Jeremy & the list goes on.
At this point we are doing very few shows JUST FEWER AND TOP QUALITY and concentrating on the making of the DVD/Documentary & concentrating more on the Radio aspect in which our roots stem from. Many bands continue to send us their CDs for airplay and we put them in the play list for all to hear.
Look for the DVD entitled “MONSOON RADIO PRESENTS HOT AZ HELL” to be in the works and coming out in the soon future.
Until then keep sending us those CDs and keep in touch. We really appreciate all the support we have had over the last years and we hope this documentary will prove to show that METAL IS ALIVE!
