Tacoma's own Mono In VCF creates a haunting, orchestral sound with elegantly-crafted songs embodied by spiraling guitars and ethereal strings. This is psychedelic, cinematic and romantically dark music. Mono In VCF is heavily influenced by Phil Spector’s “Wall of Sound” production, the Beatles and composers David Axelrod, John Barry and Ennio Morricone. The band strives to create a classic sound that is uniquely modern and distinctively pop.
