Modern Crimes has found themselves in a pequliar refreshing start with a new record label Misfortune Records and is poised to getting back to playing live again. Their first  self-titled Lp under the new name is being recorded at wild studio under producer Pierre Remillard with guest vocals from Karl Buechner from the band Earth Crisis. With the mid 2008 release and a tour to follow the band is sure to recapture old fans and cement new ones in the coming months.
