Mod Amish is a band born out of the love of hard pop tunes, melody and ear splitting noise. The band's roots trace back to south Louisiana where they gigged relentlessly and built a loyal following. Today, the Mod Amish are making a name for themselves in Southern California. As a unit, they seamlessly blend together classic influences like the Beatles and the Who with punk/alternative favorites Husker Du, the Pixies, Mercury Rev and the Arcade Fire.
