Mike Kinnebrew is a rare find! On the marketability side, yes, he has the "look" to make A&R executives stop and stare, but one gets the feeling that he couldn't care less. More importantly, his songs are pure poetic emotion. This young man knows how to strike the perfect balance between a great melody and a meaningful lyric. If he ever tires of performing live, Mike should have no problem simply making a living as a songwriter, but I don't get the impression he's thinking about that right now.
