Mike-E.P. was Born Michael Effing Patterson and raised in the south Atlanta suburbs of Newnan, GA. Blessed with a natural gift for lyrical gab, he became fascinated with the art of free-styling in high-school. After years of honing his craft throughout college, he decided to start writing down his rhymes. This led to recordings, and recordings led to stage performances. Before he knew it, he had created a following - and was confidently headed down the long and twisted road that is the modern day music industry.
