Singer and songwriter, Michael Jason Farrell, was born of a single mother and student surviving the eastside of St Paul, Minnesota. Self-taught vocalist, guitarist, drummer, saxophonist, pianist, harmonica and banjo player who began performing at age 3. Kick started in school jazz band, sang in a local barbershop quartet, and made moves with a traveling dance choir; Michael J was writing his own music creating the soundtrack to his life.
