matek is a cape town based musician and artist. he is a vocalist, producer and multi-instrumentalist, as well as a DJ and visual artist.
in 2008, he released the 'lightflow EP', followed by his debut full length album, entitled 'internal fire'. internal fire is a multimedia release with a digital interface containing lyrics and bonus artwork. it is now available as a digital download from many online retailers, including itunes, amazon.com and napster.

studio sessions: NEW DAWN

i've just spent a week in the studio with my partner vanessa nova, recording vocals for my upcoming 2nd album, NEW DAWN. it's exciting being back in the musical flow and seeing how ideas come together.
