The Marshgrass Bluegrass band can be summarized as a serendipitous association of string-pickin' whiz-bangers on a mission - they're out to prove that Bluegrass Music doesn't have to be all stiff-necked, starched collar, button-down monotony that you can only dance to without earning funny stares if you're at an official hoe-down event.

OK, after being as irresponsible as we could be for the last several years, we've finally decided to put together a new CD. Marshgrass has recorded two albums already, over a decade ago, but not with the current line up. In fact, Captain Jack is the only band member left from those days, and our current sound is very different. So a new compilation...
