Marie-Claire Berreen and Her Husbands play at 4pm. A new, modern and exciting festival comes to the beautiful, picture postcard Yorkshire Dales village of Kettlewell. The Dales is a living museum of breathtaking landscape that will come alive in a Festival of Culture, showcasing the agricultural qualities found here from sheep to fleece to fashion. This is also a Festival which explores the diversity and richness of wool through art and craft exhibitions, together with live demonstrations. A Festival would not be complete without live music. Therefore we are planning to stage a full programme of entertainment which gives local musicians the opportunity to show off their musical talent to a wider audience We can't forget that the Dales is also good at producing Real Ales, so why not come along to the May Day Festival of Wool & Ale.
