Madd Caesar is the collaborative effort of two producers: Madd Hatter and Nero Caesar. Madd Hatter is a hip hop producer and DJ based in Oakland CA while Nero Caesar is a hip hop producer and Emcee based in the Excelsior district of San Francisco. Their beats are the perfect example of modern hip hop that sees the future while preserving the spirit of the classics all real hip hop fans enjoy.
