Lonnie Lee a Singer Songwriter, is one of Australia’s true Hit Parade Legends. In 1956 he started his career and soon after this, started his Rockabilly trio which some say was the first professional one in Australia. In his new country rockabilly album,‘North West Mail’, he sings about it. He has had 8 Number One national hits many of them GOLD!
The Legendary blues band ‘CHAIN’, call him the “father of Australian Rockabilly”, and wrote a tribute song to him, ’Saturday Night at the Trocadero...
