About

Sounds Like: Adele, Tracy Chapman, Bonnie Raitt, Carrie Underwood

Bio: Born a southern Georgia girl, London was always fascinated with music. She would often sit center stage in the floor relishing in the sounds of the acoustic guitar played by her father. He was an extremely talented songwriter and musician playing anything from the harmonica to the piano.

“People often ask me what type/genre I sing.......I tell them I just write music! Being raised on the sounds of Stevie Ray Vaughn, James Brown, Allison Krauss and Tracy Chapman it's no wonder each one of my songs has a different sound! I was brought up to believe that music was supposed to be felt, not heard. So I write what i'm feeling, not to fit into any particular genre!”

Q: Just got a chance to watch your video for "Ashamed"...very interesting style of music. Don't know if I could even categorize it, but I really enjoyed it. I could almost feel the pain of the guy ..

A: Thanks! He was a real trooper to put up with all of my abuse in the video! People ask me all the time what style of music I do and I don't have an answer for it either, to me it's just music! I'm glad you enjoyed watching it :)
