Locc (DeMarcus Keene) is a producer from Louisville Ky. He started making music in his early teens. Inspired by his big cousin D-money ( formerly of No-Luv Records). D- Money taught Locc about Digital Recording and Conducting Beats and the rest is history. (So they say!)
