"Through connections and hard work, Liz is making her mark in the world of country rock. Just as the mighty Cumberland River and its tributaries wind around the city of Nashville, country music has many of its own offshoots. ...Kilgo has paid her dues and has become a rising star on the Nashville scene. She credits much of her success to her friend and mentor, the late Ric Taylor. Spending hours on end with perseverance, Taylor’s help and humble advice led Kilgo to her first album. It was during this time that Kilgo realized she had an addiction to music. It was the one thing that kept her sane and grounded in life and she penned the tune Bad Addiction with that in mind. With Chasin’ Dreams and Proud About It under her belt, her third album Country In The USA is set to be released later this spring."

Q: Really like that song "Bad Addiction" Liz. Great song!
A: Thank you Peter! ...funny thing, for me the bad addiction is actually my music. Wrote about sitting and listening to my mentor while he smoked his cigarette, the tail lights on the highway from being on the road, etc... music, such a bad addiction, but I love it! ((((Bear Hugs))))
