One of the first people in Nashville to notice Lauren, is the talented producer, Mark Oliverius. He loved Lauren's unique and powerful voice and personality. She recorded her demo with him and 10 days later, Lauren and the songs were featured on 103.3 WKDF's Locals Only Show, as the discovery of the week.
