The Well Entertainment Group has produced several entertainment properties and events in New York City. We also promote and market numerous New York-based artists in a variety of performance arts disciplines. The majority of these artists are same-gender-loving and carry a transformative or inspirational message.

Our goal is that these entertainment properties showcase our artists, give “our” people a place to connect and be entertained and also send corporate sponsors the message that the next emerging group to be marketed to in this era of “Yes We Can” is the SGL person of color.

Verve, one of The Well’s entertainment properties, is an elegant night of socializing and live entertainment. We have featured such artists as Chester Gregory, Anwar Robinson, Kimberly Nicole, Buttaflysoul, Nhojj, Crystal Monee Hall, Judith Casselberry, and Dy’Ari – just to name a few.

We created this event specifically for SGL people of color and it has grown exponentially since our first show in November because of the need for upscale yet affordable entertainment in this community.

Another Well Entertainment property, The Pride Slam Jam, brings together all of the Well artists and supporters in a night of live entertainment. This year's event will be at the

Brooklyn Society of Ethical Culture on June 27th. This year’s Pride Slam Jam is a joint venture with Harlem Boy University.
