The 5000 Music Group was founded by Chris McConnell (LinkedIn profile) who previously ran Band With A Mission and McConnell Entertainment.

Our name is derived from the story of Jesus feeding the multitude in Mark 6. From just five loaves of bread and two fish Jesus feeds more than five thousand people. Our logo shows a flame signifying a light in dark places.
