Indie Artist Assistant's mission is to assist indie or DIY artist & bands with their day to day office task
to make them more organized than ever before, giving them more time to work on their craft.

WHO WE ARE
Rob Slocumb, founder of Indie Artist Assistant, overseas all client accounts personally. Rob has over 12
years experience as a DIY booking agent & manager for his band, Martha's Trouble. Rob has hand picked
an excellent team to handle all the demands for clients.

WHAT WE DO
We are a personal office assistant for the artist or band. Whether you have a gig, a tour, a new record, or just
need help finding a coffee, we are here to help you with that on a day to day basis. You send us the task and
we get it done for you. For each artist/band we will do just about anything from:

• Manage your gig income
• Update your calendars on your exhisting webpages
• Make travel arrangements for your upcoming tour
• Send follow up emails to venues, radio stations, press
• Mail posters to venues
• Email your EPK
• Email your MP3s
• Email your JPG to venue or newspaper
• Send CD's to CDBaby & other retailers
• Make you coffee. Well not really. But we will help you find the closest Starbucks
  or Cafe to you

WHAT YOU GET
Indie Artist Assistant sends you an email after each task has been completed stating the task performed and the results. We
also will provide you with a monthly, quaterly, or annual report of your gig income.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
So that we can be ready for any task that you may have for us and have the flexibility to perform it immediately, we will need
you to provide us with:

• Upload (2) MP3s
• Upload high rez artist/band photo (.jpg file)
• Upload artist/band one sheet (.pdf file)
• Mail us posters
• Mail us CDs that you distribute
• Login info for webpages already in use
• Current tour dates
